- Representing clients in judicial and administrative proceedings throughout Austria, before the Austrian Patent Office and the international authorities protecting industrial property rights in foreign countries.
- Drafting contracts, assisting in the legal implementation of agreements (e.g. initiating entries in public records and registers, obtaining regulatory permits), escrow activities in connection with agreements.
- Issuing legal opinions.
- Drafting and executing trademark and model registrations in Austria and abroad.
- Making authorisation enquiries and issuing warnings in the context of industrial property rights.
- Legal project assistance (e.g. acquisition and investment projects (M&A), software implementation projects, research and development projects (R&D), building construction projects, property developer projects, retirement residence projects, if necessary, in reliance on a cooperation with the relevant experts.
- Assisting and representing clients in out-of-court negotiations.
- Assisting clients in drawing up business plans.
- Advising and representing clients in the context of incorporations and the establishment of foundations, if necessary, in reliance on cooperating tax consultants.
- Advising clients during the development of an innovation and conducting accompanying research as well as drawing up patent and trademark strategies, if necessary, in reliance on cooperating patent lawyers.
- Issuing legal opinions on trademark and patent evaluations, if necessary, in reliance on cooperating patent lawyers.
- Accepting escrows (such escrows will be supervised by the Tyrolean Chamber of Lawyers in accordance with its trust register).
- Advising and representing clients in the context of restructuring companies or during corporate crises, if necessary, in reliance on cooperating tax consultants.
- Assisting clients in clarifying legal situations and asserting legal claims in foreign countries in reliance on cooperating foreign law firms.
- Delivering lectures on selected legal topics.
